How do I know which one I need?
Count legal entities and finance-system users. Under five entities and a few hundred users, Business Central almost always fits. Above that, or with complex intercompany and consolidation, Dynamics 365 Finance.

Can we start on Business Central and move later?
Yes, but it is a re-implementation, not an upgrade. Choose deliberately.

What about NRS e-invoicing?
Neither product ships a Nigerian e-invoicing connector from Microsoft; your partner or an integrator provides it.
